The laws have changed to provide the buyer with equal protection. All buyers should take advantage of this change and choose a Buyer's Agent. Jackie and I are both Accredited Buyer Representatives(ABR). Buyers will not receive full protection from listing agents. Listing agents are bound by law to protect the seller.
