JAMESTOWNE VILLAGE: Price range: $250,000-$325,000
Tucked in a quiet neighborhood off of Bluff Road (take Folly Road to Fort Johnson), this is a delightful community built in 2002 featuring traditional style homes with large porches, ponds, and its own little post office. Everything about Muddy Waters invites patrons to come in and relax for a while, from the warm browns and natural wood decor to the comfortable mix of seating (couches, café tables, and two bars). Colorful local artwork adorns the walls while an eclectic mixture of music plays from the sound system. In the evening Muddy Waters also serves wine and scrumptious desserts from local bakeries, providing another spot for the after-dinner crowd to gather.
